Who ever said a small bathroom cannot be beautiful and functional? Here are some examples of small bath rooms, that are beautifully displayed with their own character and charm. We decided to keep everything “light and bright”, with a small space it is always a good idea, and add some really sexy flooring. Each room gives their own style and panache, and is functional as well.
Explore your options in beautiful kitchen back splashes with materials like ceramic tile, tumbled marble, stainless steel, glass and slate. Adding a kitchen back splash is a quick and easy way to update your cooking space, and add pizzas to your existing space. One of the top recommendations for adding value to your house is a kitchen upgrade, but you don’t have to spend a lot of time or money on it. If you want to refresh your kitchen but can’t afford a full-scale remodel, a smart place to start is with a beautiful backsplash,
Wainscoting is a classic way to add texture and interest to the walls in any room. It also helps enhance the structure and design of the room as well as adding height and depth. A taller Wainscot treatment brings up the eye and makes the room feel bigger. Shown here, we added wainscot decor to the kitchen and a little girls room. It is as simple as pie, and it adds incredible beauty to a room. Go to your local Home depot or Lowes and purchase 1 inch thick crown molding. Measuring is key here, make sure you use a level, and hammer in the molding accordingly. You can do squares or rectangles on a wall, or just use the molding as a chair rail to separate the wall ( 30″ from the floor for chair rail). It is always fun to use color to pop the molding and define the wainscot more. In the Kitchen photographed above, we use Oakwood Maner, from Benjamin Moore and on top of the wainscot, and used Super White for the wainscot and the bottom half of the wall. This look is beautiful and affordable.
