Master Bathroom

It is amazing to see what a difference a coat of paint makes!!  This before and after Master Bath transformation was unbelievable to see how easy it was to make this space beautiful, and it turned out better than I had expected!  We took the pea green paint off the walls and replaced it with   Ballet White by Benjamin Moore, as well as painted  the 6 foot vanity.  We replaced one of  the “high hats” with this gorgeous chandelier and added a  new updated lighting fixture above the new and improved 48″ medicine cabinet.  By also adding some beautiful show towels, and a fluffy white  rug,  this dull Master Bath turned  into a serene, glamorous and  invitingly beautiful sanctuary, making it one of the best rooms in the house!

Beachy Bath

Beachy BathBeachy BathWe really embraced this Blue Beachy Bath, and had fun adding all the beachy touches!!  We went to the beach and filled up the glass vases with sea shells and sea glass, as well as the basket next to it.  We also added blue towels to this already blue bath, a new chrome 8″ spread faucet, and of course some gorgeous show towels as well.  Mixing an old fashioned Nicole Miller shower curtain, with our Beachy theme,  adds simple elegance, with a  whimsical charm and beauty.

Who ever said a small bathroom cannot be beautiful and functional?  Here are some examples of  small bath rooms, that are beautifully displayed with their own character and charm.   We decided to keep everything “light and bright”, with a small space it is always a  good idea, and add some really sexy flooring.  Each room gives their own style and panache, and is functional as well.

Ooh La La, this is when I learned that  a Chandelier can add elegance and beauty in any space, even a small NYC bathroom.    I purchased this apartment right after 9/11 and got a great deal on this 550 sq ft. Pre-war 1 bedroom.  It was in bad shape, and needed a complete renovation and a significant amount of home decor immediately!   This is when I learned that “White” was  my favorite color, especially in a bathroom and a kitchen.  White on white tiles with different  texture adds movement, in a clean, bright, simple way, and just makes the space more interesting.    After all of the projects I have done for my investor, my clients and myself, this by far was my favorite one!!
